Who we are

Str8Digital is a podcast network run by MassMediaSolutions. Questions about this policy: info@str8digital.com.

What we collect

Like every website, our web server keeps standard access logs when you visit a page or download an episode: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, your browser or podcast app name, and the page that linked you here.

We use these logs only to count downloads and visitors, to see which apps and countries our listeners use, and to keep the site secure. In our statistics, each IP address is replaced by a one-way scrambled code and a country name; we don't keep IP addresses in our statistics. Our hosting provider keeps its own copy of the raw logs under its standard retention.

What we don't do

No cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics run on this site. We don't sell, rent or share information about our listeners. If you use the contact form on our home page, your name, email address and message are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service, and are used only to reply to you. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, and it never leaves your device.

Podcast apps

When you listen through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora or another app, that app's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.

YouTube

We post clips of our shows to the Str8Digital YouTube channel, using YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own channel. That uploader only accesses the Str8Digital channel's own account; it doesn't access information about viewers. Its sign-in credentials are stored only on our own computer and are never shared.

Watching our videos on YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to any app through a Google account can be removed at any time on the Google security settings page. See also our Terms of Use.
